For example, if I want to get better at squats, should I rep out 250 'perfect form' squats in a row 3 times in a 60 minute period(3x250 squats in an hour), Or should I do a relatively easy amount (with correct form of course) every short period of time over the course of my entire day ( like 20 squats every five minutes of my day from 1 pm till 8 pm).
The reason I'm asking is that I want to increase my limit in certain calisthenic workouts(like pushups and air squats) as fast as possible and I feel like being sore would slow this process down. And I heard that you should strive for quantity over intensity to become better at something.

Well, it really depends on how much you can take. If you think you can do 250 three times in a row in 60 minutes go for it, but there is a slight chance you will be sore. If you want to increase how your calisthenics limit then you should gradually add more. So if you can only do 20 squats without feeling a strain on your legs then work your way up to 25 then to 30. That is the best way to do it, or you can make a goal to do 50 squats a day and do 10 squats sets throughout the day.

To improve a vertical jump you will want to exercise your cafts and legs, for a vertical jump, I would suggest squats and squat jumps, try several things it does not necessarily haft to be an exercise set up random things to jump over, and turn to your side a bit while doing it. Stretching will help alot to, it does require some flexibility and coordination, but i'm sure you will figure it out!
